Hey there, everyone, hope you all had a lovely week!
 
Thanks so much for your support on this campaign! Typically, additional installments in a series see diminishing returns, but wow, you guys are incredibly dedicated! As it stands, we finished off strong with just over $123k! Thank you so much for being here for the third installment of the Arcane Ascension series, The Torch that Ignites the Stars! <3
 
 

MOVING FORWARD...

Here is what you can expect in the coming weeks and months.
 
  • First, Kickstarter will begin processing payments for your pledges. That will take approximately 2 weeks. If you did not use Pledge Over Time, this will be the full amount of your pledge. If you opted to use Pledge Over Time, this will be the first 1/3rd of your total pledge.
  • If you opted OUT for Pledge Over Time, you will receive your survey on or around April 27th. If you opted IN for Pledge Over Time, your second payment will be on or around April 27th, followed by your third and final payment on or around May 27th. 
  • Once the final payment has been made for Pay Over Time backers, we will send out all remaining surveys to the email addresses you have attached to your Kickstarter account. We expect this to occur by or around May 27th.
  • Answer your survey questions and grab any extra Add-Ons you want. For those of you asking how to make your tier selections, you'll do that here. Due to the shipping beta test, shipping will be charged at this time.
  • As we get all of the products made, you can expect to see an update from us 1-2 times a month. So stay tuned here for all the latest!
  • Once we have the products and are ready to start fulfillment, we will post an update and send an email giving everyone 48 hours to update their addresses if needed. Once that window closes, you will not be able to update your address yourself and will need to contact us directly to make those changes.
  • With addresses locked, we will start packing and shipping. This final step will take some time. We appreciate your patience. <3

Please be aware that the times mentioned above are estimates. We try to stick to them as much as possible, but sometimes it takes an extra day or two to move on to the next phase of the process.
 

TO REITERATE THE SHIPPING BETA TEST...

We've gotten a range of feedback over the last year about how to make our books more accessible to everyone, and one of the most common places we hear we could make a simple change is by charging shipping later, so there's an additional opportunity to split the product costs.

All shipping and handling fees will be processed on BackerKit when you fill out your backer survey, which will be sent out 2-3 weeks after the campaign ends.

THIS WILL NOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING COST. We have outlined what every item's shipping will be post-campaign below so you can account for it immediately!

We’re open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST and will be happy to help however we can (it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to get back to you, but we do answer all tickets in need of a response).

THE ULTIMATE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY OMNIBUS

This one seemed like something a lot of you guys might like to be aware of!

On May 5th, Wraithmarked will be releasing what we believe could be considered the most ambitious omnibus edition of Douglas Adam's THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY series ever produced.

As in not only is it a full-color book, but it's going to include 42 full-color illustrations. And that's JUST the interior art. So add in the Smyth-sewn binding. And acid-free paper. And custom covers. And end sheets. And cloth wrapping. And... Well... You get the picture.

There's more detail and a LOT more art revealed on the pre-launch page, so take a look if it interests any of you guys! As always, this will be a single-print run with campaign exclusive discounts, so Kickstarter is the only place you can guarantee your copy and get it at a discount!

Third Stretch Goal Passed!

Hi there folks!

A little late getting this one out - our apologies! We just wanted to drop by real quick to say you all ROCK! Y'all crushed the third stretch goal!

Now that the $100k stretch goal has come and gone, we now have our sights on the last one of this campaign: a whopping $200k! We've got all the additional interior illustrations included in this book thanks to you all; more art by the wonderful Daniel Kamarudin are always welcome!

At $200k, we'll be able to unlock a second end sheet for the book! We're gonna have ALL the art! <3

Hey everyone!

Sorry for the late post with this one! We're hard at work getting our first warehouse up and running! Lots of moving parts, but a good problem to have. :)

This morning, y'all absolutely crushed our second stretch goal, surpassing that $50k mark! Let's gooo!

Unlocking this stretch goal means we get even more art in the book! Another illustration from Daniel Kamarudin will be included! Our next stretch goal at $100k is yet another illustration - let's get it!

A quick correction...

When we launched this campaign, we accidently forgot to change the year regarding the fulfillment date - so sorry for any confusion! It looks like Kickstarter has come to our aid and corrected our mistake, but just in case, the expected fulfillment for this campaign will be MAY 2027.
